Nelson's Dockyard National Park

Nelson's Dockyard National Park (NDNP) was established by the National Parks Act of 1984, and comprises 15.94 sq. miles or 41.28 km2 (about 14% of Antigua’s land mass) of the south eastern part of Antigua. The Park is managed by the National Parks Authority (NPA), and has been zoned into fourteen (14) categories: conservation, recreation, wilderness conservation, agriculture, habitat, residential, rural residential, tourism, community, residential (intermediate agriculture), yacht working area, heritage, commercial, and institutional.
